All of our cottages come equipped with dishes, utensils, pots & pans, refrigerators, cooking appliances, heaters, tea towels, pillows & pillow cases, coffee filters, toilet paper, garbage bags and dishsoap. You must supply your own linens (available for a small fee), bath /swim towels, face cloths, shower soap, shampoo and paper towels
** Water in cottages is in compliance with Ontario Health Protection & Promotion Act
RESERVATIONS: 1/3 of estimated full cost required as deposit to apply to all rates quoted. Cheques accepted for deposits ONLY. Deposit MUST be made at time of reservation. (Cottages cannot be held without deposit.)
Beaverland Camp Cancellation policy: Your non-refundable deposit may be applied to an alternative date (one time only) during the same year. NOTE: We are not responsible for early departures due to inclement weather or reluctance of fish to bite.
13% HST sales tax applies. Children under 6 years old stay at no charge. Children between 6 & 12 years stay for half price. Minimal occupancy applies.
High chairs, playpens, bed side rails, night lights available. Please inquire regarding any additional requirements. We wish to make your holiday most enjoyable.
HIGH SEASON: July and August, cottages rent from Saturday to Saturday ONLY.
